Are you a freight-forwarder? Your answers are this way!
How is Transpare getting paid?
We deduct 2.5% of the amount of the service from the Freight Forwarder who is selected to carry out an operation. By collecting money only from those who earn with our tools, we allow all users to benefit from the features of the platform for free.
How will I get paid and by whom?
The shipper is invoiced by Transpare, who will transfer the amount after deducting its commission, to the selected service provider. We charge the shipper the amount indicated in the online offer, so it is important to update your offer if the price changes and notify our team as well.
When can I contact the shipper?
The shipper's contact information is only available when it accepts one of the offers. The forwarder can then contact him via the discussion area in his dashboard, or by phone.
Who has access to the Freight Forwarders' offers?
Only the shipper who has published his request can access the offers sent to him. Our goal is not to run a competition on costs by pulling prices down. We simply consider that it is more efficient to proceed via a market place than by email as it is the case today.
How could the application have offers of DHL and UPS for example?
Transpare does not work directly with experts such as DHL and UPS for example; Meaning, we work with a wide network of freight-forwarders, some of which have agreements with DHL, UPS or TNT. It is through our partners that you can have offers that go through the named experts.
